'Beneath the Surface’ is a 3D fish eye perspective of ocean plastic pollution. It represents the story of ocean plastic and how it breaks down into ever-smaller pieces, where it ultimately enters the marine food chain. To illustrate the story I choose 5 of the top 10 most common items found in the world’s oceans - plastic water bottles, plastic bottle caps, misc. plastic pieces, ghost fishing nets and ghost fishing gear.
